Comment on Alertpay

Alertpay was created by a Canadian company and it's very similar to paypal. The PTD industry uses it frequently to pay users. It seems they have a more liberal approach and don't freeze accounts so easily. But I read some reports that they protect buyers too much, sometimes deciding disputes without even listening to the seller. Also that they removed money from sellers accounts because the buyer used stollen accounts or credit cards, without any consideration for the innocence of the seller. Take this reports with some caution. Another problem is that there isn't many places that accept Alertpay.
