Liberty Reserve is different from some other ways of payment like paypal or Alertpay, because all payments are definitive. That protects very much the seller so many scammers use Liberty Reserve and other similar ecurrencies (like Egold). Your identification is the number of your account and not a email address. And you have to pay a small fee for receiving money.
